My name is Inga Jarkikh, and I am an Integrative Psychodynamic Psychotherapist (MA, MBACP) with a background in holistic health and NLP life coaching.
I am down-to-earth and practical in my approach, and deeply interested in the inner journeys we go through as life takes their toll — the ways we break, and the ways we repair. Having been through several of those journeys myself, I’ve learned that some of the most meaningful growth often comes from the hardest and lowest moments in our lives, and that we have more resilience than we give ourselves credit for. Still, sometimes having a helping hand can make the difference between despair and hope. The resource is within us — but finding how to access it can be the hardest part.
On this road, I will walk alongside you, listen to your story, and help you uncover your own answers — offering guidance and support when it feels right for you. And hopefully, in time, you too will rise like a phoenix from the ashes and see your life from a renewed perspective.
