Approach

What I Offer

I provide both face-to-face appointments in central London and online sessions via Zoom. We usually meet weekly, though biweekly sessions are also possible if that suits your needs.

Therapy with me is open-ended, giving you the flexibility to decide how long we work together. Some people find a few sessions are enough to address a specific issue, while others choose to continue longer to explore deeper patterns and lasting change.

When it’s helpful, I draw on a background in holistic health, somatic awareness, and coaching, which helps me attend to both body and mind, and to offer practical support for meaningful change. You remain in charge of the process; my role is to help bring structure, clarity, and forward-focused energy when it’s needed.

Areas of Special Interest

I have a particular interest in:

  • Psychosomatic health — exploring the relationship between emotional and physical states.

  • The emotional and psychological roots of chronic health conditions, including chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and adrenal burnout.

  • Women’s health and menopause, with attention to how  life transitions affect mood, energy, and identity.

I believe therapy is a lifelong learning journey, and I regularly take part in further training and supervision to enrich my work and stay attuned to best practice.

philosophy

“No two are alike, each is a case of their own, a unique outcome of their many meetings.” – V. Deary

We are never just one thing. Each of us carries layers of experience — personal history, family patterns, cultural influences that shape who we are. What once helped us to survive can, over time, become the very thing that holds us back. Therapy is a chance to bring these hidden patterns into awareness, so that we can begin to live with more choice and freedom.

Our bodies carry what our minds cannot always hold. Tension, pain, and illness can echo experiences we have lived through. The mind is never separate from the body; emotions and memories leave their imprint in both. My naturopathic background deepens this awareness, and in therapy I pay attention not only to what is said, but also to what is carried and expressed through the body.

I work relationally, meaning the connection we build is central to the therapy. I don’t hide behind a blank screen — I aim to be real and engaged, offering a genuine presence. Our sessions are a space for dialogue as well as reflection, where we explore together, with curiosity and care, how your experiences — past and present — shape the way you relate to yourself and others.

Having lived in different countries and cultures myself, and speaking other languages, I know how it feels to cross between worlds and belief systems. This experience has given me a wider view and helps me to work sensitively with the challenges of cultural difference, belonging, and identity.

At the heart of my work is an understanding that life confronts us with uncertainty, freedom, responsibility, and loss. Yet beneath all the layers, I believe we each carry an inner truth — a deeper essence that knows the way forward. Therapy is about uncovering that truth together — not by rushing or forcing, but by listening closely while your path becomes clearer.
